Solo Ronovo : Why Am I Here?

I guess that is a good a start as any, right? Why am I Here? Maybe it's one of life's great mysteries, isn't it? I mean, are we the product of some cosmic coincidence, or is there really a God watching everything? You know, with a plan for us and stuff. I don't know, man, but it keeps me up at night.....

NO! I mean why are here, in yet another Solo TTRPG blog??!!

Who Am I?
👋 I am Ronovo Ronove. I have been on the internet for eons under various names, but that is the one that has stuck over the last decade. I love a lot of things, but I am gonna keep the focus in on why we are here : My love of TTRPGs, as well as my emerging love of Solo TTRPGs. I have been playing a lot of games by myself recently (glad I have ironed out that phrasing), and I want a way to share it. That's where this blog comes in.

What is a TTRPG?
Tabletop Roleplaying game. At it's most basic, you sit down with pen, paper, and dice to make up a story with friends, either as a referee (most times called a DM, or Dungeon Master), or as a player (most times called player......or Player)

Don't You Need Friends To Play a TTRPG?
Not always. I will discuss the pros and cons of solo gaming in a later post, but long story short : it is possible as long as you are willing to run with your imagination, and just create. The Nose Knows, so to speak, so follow your nose. 👃
